8. How do I request a driver's permit form?
- Students must have satisfactory grades and attendance. Contact - 901-416-8880, main office. Requests must be made by Noon on Tuesday to be available for pick up the next day. Forms will be available for pickup on Wednesdays from 10 A.M. -1P.M. Complete Form Driver’s Permit

23. How can I recover a credit or gain a new credit?
First, make a request to your counselor. Your counselor will enroll you in the appropriate course.
- Grade Results - Is a virtual platform to recover a failed course. Login with your lunch number and password1.
- Memphis Virtual School - Is a virtual platform to take new courses. Login with your lunch number & password1.
